Homegrown Kraft - Terms of Service

Welcome to Homegrown Kraft ! We're thrilled to have you here. Before we dive into capturing beautiful moments together, let's outline some important terms:

1. Booking and Payment:

To secure your session, a non-refundable deposit is required to book your desired date. (20% of your total)
The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot.
We accept cash, checks, or electronic payments.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

Life happens! We understand. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
Deposits are non-refundable  but can be applied to a future session if rescheduled within 6 months.

3. Copyright and Usage:

Homegrown Kraft retains copyright of all images.
Clients are granted personal use rights, including printing and sharing on social media.
Commercial use of images requires prior written consent and may incur additional fees.

4. Image Delivery:

Your edited images will be delivered within [3 weeks] via a secure online gallery.
We ensure the highest quality, but please note that image resolution may vary depending on usage.

5. Client Cooperation:

We strive to create stunning images together. Clear communication and cooperation are key!
Please arrive on time for your session and follow any guidelines provided. 

If you arrive late to your scheduled session, please note that our allotted time remains unchanged, and no additional time will be added to compensate for lateness. We appreciate your understanding.

6. Liability:

Homegrown Kraft is not liable for any injuries or damages that occur during the session.
Clients are responsible for their own safety and the safety of any props or pets brought to the session.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee:

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with the results, please let us know, and we'll do our best to make it right.

8. Privacy:

We respect your privacy and will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

9. Agreement:

By booking a session with Homegrown Kraft , you agree to these terms and conditions.
